As Certified Professional Building Designers, we specialize in residential design and planning. Whether you are planning a new home, or making additions and renovations to an existing home, we can provide all the design services you need, to build what you want.

Johan Niemand as a Certified Professional Residential Designer(CPBD), has more than 20 years’ experience, of which the last 17 years has been spent working right here in Beaufort County.
Johan was born and raised in South Africa and graduated from the Durban University of Technology with a National Higher Diploma in Architecture.

BASED IN THE BEAUFORT, SC LOWCOUNTRY
Our office is located on Lady’s Island, and we focus on projects in and around the Lowcountry. We have completed designs from Charleston to Savannah, including Hilton Head, Port Royal, Bluffton as well as Ridgeland.
